About
I solve problems that don't have names yet.
Sixteen years in, and that's still the best way I can describe what I do. I get called when an organisation knows something isn't working - or knows something important is coming - but hasn't quite figured out what to do about it yet. That's where I live.
My world sits across healthcare strategy, AI governance, and evidence-led decision making. I've worked inside health insurers, hospitals, primary & community care, government, pharmaceuticals and not-for-profits: not skimming the surface, but actually building things. Functions that didn't exist. Frameworks that stuck around after I left. Decisions that had real evidence behind them instead of just confidence and good intentions.
I'm probably most useful when the problem is genuinely hard, the stakes are real, and the usual playbook doesn't quite fit.

A bit more about me...
Outside of work I'm a traveller, a committed foodie, and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe the best decisions - in business and in life - come from genuinely understanding people who aren't like you. That shapes how I work, who I work with, and what I care about.
I also have two dogs who have no idea what I do for a living and couldn't care less.
I'm based in Melbourne, on Wurundjeri Country, and work globally.
Work With Me
I don't do one-size-fits-all. Every engagement is different because every problem is different. Here's how most people work with me:
Executives & Organisations
AI governance, evidence strategy and board advisory for leaders who need someone who's actually done it - not just advised on it.
Start-ups & Market Entry
The Australian health system is complicated. I make it make sense for founders and international companies who need the real picture on how to get in, who to talk to, and where the opportunities actually are.
Briefings & Intelligence
For investors, researchers and global organisations who need accurate, current, no-fluff intelligence on Australian healthcare.
